1) There is a $25 room fee payable at time of reservation. (4 hr window)
2) No food or beverage to be brought in from outside by anyone. Exceptions will be made for
cakes only.
3) Parties of 15 or more are required to be a set menu.
4) You are required to pay for the final head count. The final headcount must be given 48hrs
prior to the event.
5) Billing: 1 check or individual checks? Gratuity is not included in bill.
6) The Event needs to be booked 1 week in advance.
7) If event is outside of normal operating hours a $25 charge will be added.
8) If any exceptions are required there could be additional charges. (discuss at time of booking)
9) All beverages need finalized prior to event.
10) All decorating must be approved prior to event. No taping on walls and tables must be moved
back to original location.
